The Project aims to step up the institutional capacity of ARDSI for risk management and strategic planning in line with the international risk management standards of COSO ERM and ISO 31000. It is envisaged with the Project, which was launched in March 2021, to built an integrated institutional risk management and strategic planning framework and revise the relevant procedures, develop a risk management software for the Institution and organize comprehensive trainings for the personnel.
