The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) delivered "Public Procurement Training" to the staff of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI).
In her opening speech at the training held in Ankara, Selda Coşkun, General Coordinator of Project Services at ARDSI, informed the participants about the grants that ARDSI has offered to entrepreneurs under the IPARD I and IPARD II Programmes, which are implemented with co-financing from the Republic of Türkiye and the European Union. She also discussed the overall contributions of the grants to rural development, particularly in the sectors of agriculture and livestock, as well as the IPARD III Programme, which was first put into practice in 2024.
During the training, which began on September 24, 2024 to last for three days, experts from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) are going to deliver presentations to 35 staff members working at the HQ units of ARDSI. These presentations will cover detailed regulations and practices related to the Public Procurement Law Nr. 4734, the Public Procurement Contracts Law Nr. 4735, as well as the electronic procurement method, procurement of goods, procurement of services, and construction works.
